Mr. Javier Rodriguez is a graduate of the United States of America, Army Aviation Academy and an Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Alumni. He is the holder of the following FAA certificates:
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Single & Multiengine, Land and Sea. ATP Helicopter. Flight Instructor: Airplane Single and Multiengine. Flight Instructor Rotorcraft Helicopter. Instrument Flight Instructor: Airplanes and Helicopters. Airframe Powerplant Mechanic (A&P).
Mr. Rodriguez is a retiree from the Federal Aviation Administration. His career with the FAA started as an Aviation Safety Inspector. He performed flight examinations of airmen pursuing: airplanes and helicopters pilot’s certificates, Private Pilot through Airline Transport Pilot.
Because of his management and supervisory skills he was selected as the FAA Manager for the Flight Standards, International Office for Latin America and the Caribbean.
He worked for six years for the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as a senior Flight Operations Officer.
